At Sprout, our focus is on preventative care but sometimes cavities happen. In fact, even the most careful brusher and flosser could end up with a cavity or two. That’s where restorative dentistry comes in. It’s good to know that your child is getting the benefit of the most up-to-date knowledge and techniques in dental repair and restorations, from minor cavities to more involved procedures.
When is a cavity not a cavity? When it’s caught early enough, the damage caused by developing cavities can be recovered and repaired by diet modification, more effective oral hygiene at home and possibly regular application of fluoride varnish.
The Sprout team uses your child’s regular check-up to look for signs of any potential problem spots. If cavities are found we will discuss treatment options with you and decide on a course of action that leads to the best outcome. We are experts in making any necessary dental procedure as easy and comfortable as possible.
