Your time is important and so starting appointments on-time and working efficiently toward our desired result is always our intention. We can only maintain the on-time schedule with your help. Please arrive to our office with a few spare minutes to check in, use the bathroom or simply play in the waiting room. We reserve enough time for your family and commit to spending the entire time with you! Please respect the time we set aside for all our patients.
We request advanced notice of two full business days for all cancelled appointments. Any cancellations made with fewer than two business days may be subject to a $55 cancellation fee per child. Note: Monday appointments must be cancelled by the prior Thursday.
If you fail to show up to your appointment without notifying our office, you may be subject to a $75 missed appointment fee per child.
Recurring cancellations or missed appointments may result in the inability to schedule your child for future appointments and you will only be given the option to schedule “same day.” Excessive tardiness, frequent cancellations, and/or multiple failed/missed appointments may result in dismissal from our dental office.
